Carrot Cake

Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups flour (half spelt, half all purpose flour)

3 tsp baking powder 

3 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp salt

1/2 cup applesauce

1 cup almond milk

1 cup cane sugar

1/2 cup coconut oil

2 cups grated carrots


-Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease a cake baking pan

-In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt

-In a separate bowl, whisk together the applesauce, almond milk, sugar and oil

-Mix the dry ingredients into the bowl with the wet ingredients

-Add in the carrots and stir until just combined

-Bake for 30 to 40 minutes




Karotten Kuchen


Zeit: 50 Minuten


Zutaten:


256g Mehl (128 g Dinkelmehl & 128 g Weissmehl)

3 TL Backpulver

3 TL Zimt

1 tsp salt

125g Apfelmus  

240ml Mandelmilch

120g Zucker

120ml Kokosnussöl

240g geraspelte Karotten


-Heize den Ofen auf 180 grad vor

-In einer Grossens Schüssel kombiniere das Mehl, Backpulver, Zimt und salz 

-In einer separaten Schüssel, kombiniere das Apfelmus, Mandelmilch, Zucker und Öl 

-Gebe die trockenen Zutaten zu den flüssigen 

-Mische die Karotten hinein

-Backe für 30 bis 40 Minuten
