Vegan Crepes

Time:  15 Minutes 2-3 Crepes      

     

Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup almond milk 

1 flax egg 





-Prepare the flax egg

-Let sit for 2 minutes

-While the flax egg is sitting, add the flour into a mixing bowl

-Add the almond milk and the flax egg and mix in well

-Heat up a frying pan with 1/2 tsp of oil and when the pan is very hot, pour in enough batter to cover the bottom of the pan

-Flip the pancake when it's cooked through enough

-Cook on the other side until both sides are lightly browned

-Repeat until your batter is finished

-Serve with cinnamon and sugar (mixed together)

125g Allzweckmehl

240ml Mandelmilch

1 flax egg
